    Our MeterMan management system is a web-based platform that integrates with mobile applications. It is a web-based app that has the capacity to manage over 1 million meters on separate accounts. Our system handles the investigation of service points, initiates disconnections and/or reinstates them. The field technician captures the actions electronically on a handheld device and loads it onto the system for processing.

  • Meter reading and audits

    UtiliAudit manages the process of conducting meter audits. Our web-based app integrates seamlessly with multiple devices and caters to single or multiple fields that are easily loaded onto the system using a handheld device. It is customised to meet your specified requirements. UtiliAudit fully integrates with any Geographic Information System (GIS) system and supplies GPS coordinates

  • Spatial data management and verification (stand audits)

    We help municipalities abate inaccurate billing by implementing a tax-based verification process, customer management database, and management services platform to attain effective revenue management. When implemented effectively, municipal revenue assurance reduces unbilled, or under-billed revenue, and enhances revenue.
